What is happening this year?
And General Health updates?

I realise we’ve been very quiet recently.

Last year in October we did our biggest event on African soil, thousands came to hear the gospel in the big top tent that many of you sowed into. It was truly momentous to say the absolute least. It was the fulfilment of a word God had given me years before.

And we will do it again and again!

Whole communities were left altered by the gospel. Pastors unified in ways they had never been.

Satans power crushed under foot in rural witchcraft controlled areas.

God was indeed truly faithful.

I was so excited to start planning an even bigger event, building on what we saw.

GOD SAID NO

Even as my heart reached out to others to build a team, God refused to allow a team to form. Every time this has happened it has been because God has something else.

SO WHATS HAPPENING?

One of the things that has become an ever increasing part of what we do in Kenya and hopefully going forward the UK too, is Jesus at the door evangelism from The Kings Army ministry.

God has spoken to us to develop that relationship further. To develop new ways to help serve this ministry and be in partnership.

This will magnify what we do in Kenya, but also, while we are not in Kenya we will be busy for the sake of the gospel too.

Instead of heading out to Kenya, this time I am trusting God to take me out to the Kings Army headquarters in USA. Where I will engage in intense training to get up to speed with everything I need to learn to help push on to the next level.

We are excited to step out in this way. God has been speaking to us about this for the last 4-5 years. The timing has never been right and other things rightly took priority. However now is the time. This is a new season.

We believe we will move house over the next year or so and are ready to put our house on the market.

Although not exactly sure yet where we will be based. We are stepping out knowing God said Now.

In the meantime, I possibly we are going to USA to get ready for this new season.

We are excited to see how God will renew us to go again! Both in the west but also in Africa too!

We have some good years left! We intend to make good use of them in His service!

We would love to show our appreciation to all of you who have prayed with us. Asked for updates when we were low and silent. Stood with us in difficult days. Helped us financially as a family and ministry.

I’m trusting God as we step out again, we value your continued love and support in every way. God will do amazing things as we trust Him.

Our Daughter Grace is now over in the USA pretty much full time and serving in the headquarters. God is doing amazing things with her. If anyone would like to receive her updates please ask and I’ll pass your details forward.

You will know from our past emails that we have had very challenging times with health. In particular Lisa had two surgeries after discovering two meningioma tumours in her head.

One wrapped around a main artery coming out of her brain. The Walton centre did amazing work removing around 90% of the tumours. However they couldn’t get it all. The rest was left behind and we were told it shouldn’t grow again.

It did!

It’s growing at the same pace as before, but remains small at present. We are told Lisa will need radio therapy at Christie’s. Some of you will know we expected to have had that already but we are now told it will be next year. Lisa is in wait and watch. They scan her head every six months or so. We expect to have this treatment at some point next year. It should attack the tumours tissue and stop it growing even possibly shrinking it.

In the mean time we ask God to kill it and deal with it Himself.

My health has always suffered in times of extreme trauma. It’s a part of my auto immune condition. But things are steadily improving. I am trusting God will renew me to go again. We are shaking off trauma. We are shaking off exhaustion. We are trusting God to quicken our mortal flesh. We will get fit and go again. There are great years ahead of us in His service.

The kids are all growing up!

Faith finished her law degree with a first! She stayed in York and is starting a masters.

Grace is in USA as I said.

Nathan moved out and lives locally. He’s in college studying music.

Hannah and Josiah are still young enough to be our babies lol. But are growing up too quickly!
