A report from the last mission trip June-July 2025
For all those who have prayed for and supported our mission we say an eternal thank you on behalf of every soul saved and every life changed from dark to light.
Thank You All!
As you will be aware we travelled to Kenya for just over 5 weeks. It was originally supposed to be just our immediate family however we also felt led to invite and involve Jill Wilkinson who is a long term partner with the ministry.
From the moment we stepped out and announced this mission we had consistent and overwhelming attacks from the enemy.
Our health was a huge issue and troubles in our family nearly broke us.
By the time we left, two had stepped back for their own reasons. And we were completely broken wanting to cancel.
God made it very clear to us that there would be no benefit in cancelling and that we should press on even if we were ministering out of a broken heart.
The mission went ahead!
We were blessed by your encouragement, prayers and support.
So what did we do?
1. Revival weeks!
We held revival weeks in churches.
Building up and equipping the saints.
God spoke very clearly to focus on key elements.
- What is Salvation and why it’s needed?
- What is the Kingdom of God? And what that means to us who live in it?
- What are the gifts God has given to enable us to fulfil His mission, and live in His kingdom?
- Then finally we would have a weekend of Jesus at the door training and celebration. 5 days in each location.
Many many believers felt equipped and empowered to go out and minister in one to one evangelism. People who had never previously led someone to Jesus were going out, preaching the gospel and healing the sick.
In our first location, after only 45 minutes of releasing the church to go out. 70 decisions were added. The next day Sunday, 20 new people asked to become members!
Despite us often feeling empty, God gave so much and turned up in great power.

It was so good to see Grace growing and training those in her ministry with Kings Army!

2. Youth Crusades
It was so great to dedicate a portion of our time to reaching the youth of Kenya.
Various members of the team had been blessed with training to host youth crusades from Cfan and we partnered with them for this part.
I can say with a glad heart that the gospel was preached to many, many thousands of children during our trip. We lost count and was unable to count the decisions that came in each day. But heaven will see those who are added.
We had beautiful moments were it seemed like whole congregations were baptised in the Holy Spirit!
We count ourselves incredibly blessed to have played a small part in this. We personally thank those who helped finances this and bought us PA systems etc. your sacrifice was not in vain. Many thousands now have their names in the Lambs book of Life Praise Jesus!

3. IFC Boys Home Orphanage
It was wonderful to visit and spend time with the ex street boys that you help us to sponsor. Sadly we are still so far away from having the needs me for all these boys. But it is hugely encouraging for us to see what is happening on the ground.
These boys are safe from predators, they don’t sleep hungry. And they learn to follow Jesus largely because of your help. We have again taken suitcases full of shoes, clothes, bedding and school stationary. We even took 3 laptops which will help the work no end.
Thank you for your help!
And if you would like to sponsor one of these boys please let us know. If you would like to visit as part of a mission team. You are welcome.

4. Visit and forge new links with churches in Kenya
It was wonderful to visit and spend time with new churches and ministries while in Kenya. Through the blessing of our long term mission director in Kenya Bishop Raphael. New doors continue to open for us around the country.
We are excited to start looking at opportunities to work in Mombasa, we had previously stayed on the western side of Kenya.

5. Spending time in Kenya as a family unit.
It was wonderful after many years to finally get Lisa to Kenya. I don’t for a minute think our ministry is all about me. Truth is there is a dynamic women of God in my precious wife, the enemy would love to have taken her out after two brain tumours. God knows the plans he has for Lisa and she will be going again in the future.
It was great to just be there as a family as much as we could, I had dreamt of that for many years. Although the enemy tried his best to stop it, I know great things were done. Time will testify. We had opportunities to enjoy Kenya too and make memories that will last a lifetime, and beyond!

I will be heading up a team going back in Sept/Oct. We are about to book tickets but you are welcome if God is saying go!
We have decided to take a huge step and use the big tent for the first time! Many thousands of adults will hear the gospel at their darkest hour.

If you would like to support this or future missions please consider becoming a sponsor of our missions with either a monthly or one off gift.
Bless you all so much and thank you for sending us!
