Allow me to start by saying a huge thank you to all of you who diligently prayed and gave towards this mission. Without you none of this would have happened. And without your prayers we would not have the testimonies we do have.
The team we took this time was 14 including children and every member was a fantastic God given addition.
This was the first time the big tent went up. It was the fulfilment of a 6 year vision.
If you see the picture above notice how similar it is to our logo that God gave 6 years ago. We didn’t plan that, but God knows His plans and they are wonderful.
The cost of this mission was a lot, just the tent alone was a huge faith step for us. We saw God provide every possible need in every way, we even managed to honour those who worked tirelessly to make it happen.
Was it worth the expense?
100% yes!
A whole sub-county was drawn together in Gods service.
So many pastors and bishops came together in unity in a way that no one had ever seen in that region. It became the biggest meeting ever in that region too. Many thousands came to hear the gospel and many of those gave their lives to Jesus.
The tent was an amazing resounding success.
I just wanted to honour you and thank you for your prayers and support to make this happen!
We decided this mission would be a test case for the tent. It passed!We are already planning next year!

As well as the tent, we visited many schools and held youth crusades. Thousands of Children made decisions to follow Jesus.
We also visited many markets with a gospel truck preaching the gospel and using Jesus at the door. This was also incredibly fruitful. The team was amazing stepping out in new ways doing things they’d never done before!
The following week after the tent Jill and I flew out to Mombasa to train a church in Jesus at the door. They embraced the teachings with a whole heart and continue to reach out weekly in a Muslim market. New members are being added weekly.
This was truly a wonderfully blessed mission
After the year we’d had God really did bless us.

Health report and upcoming surgery date
Lisa - It is now nearly 9 months since her big operation. She had her first review last week. The scan was accepted as successful. There is part of the tumour remaining but it should not grow again! In January Lisa will have another scan and review and afterwards once each year. In the mean time she continues with her recovery, we are very blessed to have her, and a day doesn’t pass that we don’t thank God for that.
Me (Steve) - On November 14th I will be having surgery to repair an intestinal hernia.
It’s minor surgery in comparison to Lisa’s however it will take several weeks at best before I’m up and about.
My health has deteriorated this year and I have not done any work in my joinery business for a long while. I have had to close the business and we are about the sell the van to help us financially.
My blood condition (heamachromotosis) leaves me with terrible pain and fatigue. I continue to seek God to heal this, and wait expectantly.
Please pray for us as we explore new avenues to bring finances into the house. I am currently working on an online record shop, and are looking into a physical shop for next year. This requires Gods blessing in every way and we appreciate your prayers for us as a family.
