operation hope - helping publicise the gospel tent mission - july 2021

Grace made a little video of our publicity work and one to one outreach

Before a tent mission can go ahead, we first have to meet pastors, have breakfasts together encouraging unity. Then we buy banners and posters advertising the campaign. These are literally put up everywhere, the community is saturated. Then a few days before the event we go around with loud speakers announcing the meetings.

A guy in a bus stop couldn’t wait for the meeting and asked to surrender his life to Jesus immediately. We obviously prayed with him and helped him with that!

On our last email I asked for prayer as we were going to pray for a lady left paralysed down one side by a stroke.

We had an amazing time. The lady received mobility she hadn’t had in years, her shoulder became light, she could twist her neck and body both ways. She was able to move her arm a bit and her leg even more than before. It wasn’t an instant full healing, but it was amazing and she was thrilled. We are trusting God to continue the work He has begun.

Her son who was an alcoholic came along. He repented and surrendered his life to Christ while we were there.

Glory to God!
